we have been trying to get out saxton apartment for many years into the partner program - we note that we cannot get the % percentages to change - the system is stuck on 60% too - and we cannot get booking.com staff to understand what we are saying. even when the review score is going up - this is not changing. please help.
agree, the review system needs an overhaul.
the problem with the review system is that hosts can be intimidated by guests - we had an example recently and the guest used a Siska inside the apartment - we have spent 3 days trying to get rid of the smell, the guest claims they used it outside, they breached various house rules and we had to report them. We have since been called racists and much more in writing to booking.com too. We have called for a review of the guest review system - as we feel that some hosts are being intimidated and fearful of reporting guests in fear of getting a score of 1 out of 10 like we did. the system is unfair. We lodged a guest misconduct report. please support a review of the guest review system and how it works.
the guests surname is not showen - so its still annonymous.

i have asked little hotelier and air bnb to help resolve this -
its a technical issue inside your computer system.
and its not the 1st time either.
we also have glitched when we have promotions - we say general rate - and when someone books -- they get the promotion rate as well as the discount - its supposed to come off the general rate - not a discount on the discounted rate = 2 times., we have had to cancel bookings - people get pissed off - then on top of this we have to pay you commission - so that is not economical marketing. you guys in IT need to think clearly and more cleverly - not just discounting all the time... might as well close the business rather than do it dirt cheap. LOL...

but you can have 4 ppl stay in 2 rooms..?
look at the numurkah apartments and see how i set that up.
it might help you. takes a bit of practice to get it right.
so set the pricing based on the number of people staying.
we contact the guest directly - and then if we cannot get them - we phone booking.com and get the booking cancelled. i think these types are trolls and false - i had one last week....booking.com agreed to cancel when they could not get the guest either.
