You have posted this on partner forum but I totally agree that it sounds like a fraud. Another couple of people have commented the same and I told them I think it is a fraud.
This is partner forum not help desk. You can do this yourself. Go into Reservation and click Request cancellation, guest will confirm and you can say no fee.
Sergei - possibly another scam. I have seen 3 comments on the forum in the past 2 days where partners are getting invoices sent from booking.com daily or even more often. I have commented it may be a fraud as I don't think booking.com keep sending out invoices with this type of frequently.
Not sure why this is a problem. If they don't mind sharing the room then why should you. Yes, it is another set of sheets but that is all. If only once in all that time I wouldn't worry. You could add something in small print but often guests don't read it.
Sergei - I have seen 4 similar reports here in the past couple of days. I have told them all I think it is a scam and not to pay.
It is a 10% discount. Are you a member of the Genius club? or other promotion that gives 10% discount.

Check your Calendar - are dates Green? If not check availability - rooms, rates, etc
