Well, is this really a question one should spend time on?
Of course ground coffee is a must - to me and most of the people plus guests I do know. BUT rating it´s taste is an absolute waste of time because expectations, taste and knowledge is on 1 Mill. different levels. One day for example we had a guest complaining that it took (for his expectation and knowledge) our super-professional coffee-machine too long to produce his Espresso. He was completely clueless that this machine first grinds the needed portion of beans for his beverage-choice and then brews ! Brewing means not "shooting" lukewarm-water through some beans ...
So for us that means just try to offer (as you would also do with tea coming in the choice of black, green, roibos, fruit, herbal ... with or without milk etc etc) different choices - instant sachets AND ground-coffee.
Don`t you guys have anything more important to discuss? I do ....
