That's an extremely broad question so I can only give you a broad answer, most of what you need is in the "Calendar" heading, under Rates & Availability.
No probs. For adding a new room-with-breakfast rate;
Top bar select "Rates & availability", then "Rate Plans", then "Add New Rate Plan", 2 choice No. 2 "...include meal..." select yes, then choose breakfast.
Example of Point 7 (slow refresh under headings)
What a difference from the old photos!!!
Skill using a decent camera and the makeover have turned bland into stunning.
Well done and thanks for sharing.
Anuvva bug innit!!!
I have received the a couple of emails for new post alerts that lead to a thread with no new posts. I didn't capture the info so wasn't sure if maybe I was mistaken.
However, here is a documented one, new post alert received just a little while ago but he last post on the thread (yes, the link has gone to the correct thread) is my own from a month previous.
Thread in question....
Obviously the hotel environment is different but we have had similar a few times. A room is booked but someone else turns up, not the booker or a named guest.
As most OTAs state, the card and card holder should be present at check in. If not we are at liberty to refuse the person attempting check in. Sometimes they have then produced their booking form from the third party which we then copy and report. Unfortunately the guest is the loser here, they are left attempting a refund from the dodgy reseller.
Check in is the main defence. You can vet the validity of the booking/person(s) there.
Small example of point "8"...
Are you sure you logged out? With the new format you stay logged in until you actually select log out (whereas the old one logged you out a short while after closing the window).
