The first real problem is that having immediate contact with Booking is impossible if something urgent happens to me. With other platforms I do it in minutes, with you I do it in a month. They only send articles or links to solutions that are very generic.
I'm from Ecuador, I can't call any of those numbers. Any other way to have contact with someone in real-time?
I have about 10 reservations from people who never arrived and that Booking was never certified, how do you expect me to continue accepting reservations if I don't even know if they are real? Who answers me for that? I notified it on time.
And now I have invoices that Booking is asking me to pay, which are from reservations of people who never came. I am afraid to accept that even now because I already see that they can be made-up people or thieves who make up accounts.
