Rooms are closed - not bookable

I recived a mail from booking.com on January,30. Our rooms are not available because of a qualitycheck. In this mail booking.com writes about a period of 10 days. It is written, that after 10 days booking.com will contact us.

I didn´t get any reply from your company.
