Dear Lala,
First of all, all properties on BDC should be businesses, second, being a business gives you the possibility to have a POS machine.
Now, POS machines can charge the Virtual Cards, if the bank has such technology for their POS.
If not, you need to get the cards processed by a third party, like us. We offer Virtual Card processing for partners.
So if you cannot do the above option with the bank or it's too costly for you, then you can apply for our services.
Just simply contact me via our website and I'll get back to you with details.
Warm regards,
Zsolt - www.thuild.com
You have to ask BDC to change it for you. There is no option for you to set it up, because they have to sign a different contract with you.
You cannot if you're in France :)
Dear Aziz,
You can do the following:
1. Stop using the exception rule (which i strongly suggest you do)
2. Remove the non-refundable rate
The issue is that the credit card for locals exception applies globally, you cannot choose the rate types for it to apply to, so only the above 2 methods work.
Cheers,
Zsolt - www.thuild.com
You seem to be a bit challenged on all fronts.
Have you considered hiring professional assistance?
Dear Ale,
Did you try to save the changes?
Do you have a channel manager connected to the account?
Best regards,
Zsolt - www.thuild.com
what payment method do you use?
Dear Tim,
You need to be logged into the extranet first. are you there?
