Bookings via TravelNet or Bedsonline

Hi, 

does anyone had experience with prices and bookings via Bedsonlie or Travelnet dmcc.

They do not appear on the calendar neither we get a confirmation email. How can we know that a guest is arriving.

Plus the card of the guest is already charged but we have not received any payment since March.
