Wow - I didn't know trying to find out problems and supporting other partners when things go wrong was spamming!! how rude to tell a partner to stop yapping!! if you work for Booking.com - which you seem to indicate you do, then I for one will be reporting you. There are a number of very frustrated partners here, wondering when they will be paid. Customer services are saying nothing - just to contact finance department, which I am told is shut over the weekend, so have to do so on Monday morning. We are all owed substantial amounts of money, I for one am owed over £1,000, so if I have to ruffle a few feathers I will. It should be company policy, when there is an issue, to post updates and then, maybe, there wont be a number of frustrated partners wondering what the *** is going on.
I am still waiting for my payment - mine is also a substantial payment, which of course has caused problems with our current account going overdrawn and direct debit payments going out. No-one seems to care - customer services are just not interested!!
Hi Hetty I haven't received payment either, it would seem that there is a problem with Booking.com at present, but they are being very slow sorting it out, customer services don't want to know - the situation is disgraceful.
I haven't been paid either. After ringing customer services, I was told to email the finance department and my sent email was followed by an response saying I would be contacted within 24 hours. Needless to say, as it is now a weekend, I have received no response at all, and still no payment in the bank. I am trying to run a small business, with bills to pay etc, this delay is really not helping. With regard to the new 1.3% fee for processing guest payments - why can't the guest absorb this cost, surely they cant have everything for free, (not booking fee or commission), of course someone has to pay and that is us.
I bank with Barclays - so dont think it is a bank problem!!

I am in the same boat - no payment for the April bookings - confidence in Booking.com is at an all time low

I am in the UK - hoping it is not a worldwide problem. Would just be good to have answers and assurance from Booking.com rather than silence.
