Thank you very much. Its really nice to hear it. The control department/monitor department is almost like not working at all. They need to check those phone call conversations and take immediate action
I know how it works. You dont have to tell me all those. The fact is simple.. I have a lot of unverified and they are fully working and not closed. They have been unverified for more than 2 years. I have new properties that i registered last month and they said we'll verify it via video call and they dont arrange the video call. I message them and they dont reply. So dont tell those general copy paste policies. you need to go and reas again my last message. Honestly booking.com has the worst customer support of every othee company that we have worked. I have been member of other site and they were extremely extremely satisfied and here its completely the opposite they are the worst of every other site
This is the issue: if I list a new property or if I ask my support team for a simple help they'll do completely the opposite by not helping me and also they are extremely dangerous and i mean by that they would lie directly to your face. I've been a partner for years and I know exactly how things run or what the policies are. So lets go back to the issue: i need to verify my property via video call and they have contacted me last year and i have emailed them through the extranet so many times and now we are almost in February and they don't care to reply. If I call Charlotte's support they'll tell me that its my local support and they cant help me with the verification process because its up to them. This issue is so up to update not to mention properties of mine that are listed and working with reservationsfrom 2019 and they are still not verified on the system. I have requested many times but it they like their general replies who copy paste a message and not help you.
How can you solve this?
Option a) add really local support not internationalsupport who claims to be local but its located in zagred or somewhere else and its costing money if we call them
b) monitor their phone call and take them seriously
c)do not give them full access or they have the only power to do one thing. Currently albanians local support is a monopoly and they are the only ones who have some power over simple things *they are not local but they are outside albania
d) managment is at the worst levels on booking.com for albania
No. It's again the.same story. All they care about is getting that commission asap

the same issue... they are totally disrespectful and they always laugh in the backround if it is a serious problem. i never pick up their phone or i immediately hang up if i hear them saying bookin.com. i feel every single word of you saying here
