As its mentioned in Booking FAQ this service is not available everywhere. And in this case the solution for you is to signup with third party payment provider, for example with this one to charge your guests in advance.
It's also a good idea to switch to independent payment gateway. Then can be more flexible with how much you charge and when. Plus, you can also charge guests for ерру additional service. We are using our channel manager payment gateway and has no troubles with payments and now show.

Hi, Effective Tours charge only 1$ per unit, so in your case it will be 5$ per month.
Hi, it's actually not a big deal, but it will takes time depending on how many OTA you are selling on.
BDC allows you to it by yourself, in just a few clicks. Agoda and Expedia will take some time, up to a week sometimes. Better you contact your account manager before and set the date.
After simply import existing booking to a new channel manager and update the rates. That's it.
Consider Effective Tours channel manager, monthly charges starting from 1$ only and free 6 month trial at the moment !
In most cases all of the channel managers are nearly the same. There is a lot of value-added features you might be interested in and of course they affects the price too.
We are running two small properties so the monthly fee is important for us that's why we choose Effective Tours channel manager for us, cause it's only 1$ per unit per month.

I agree with Aaltje, Ehab. You have to go for the channel manager. It gives you more flexibility.
So you can add all your apartments to CM as a ROOMS in one property and get them in one listing @ BDC. Same time, you can synс each of the apartments with a separate listing at Airbnb.
You can put different markup on BDC and Airbnb and achieve the same results as Aaltje did.
We are doing the same with our apartments - it's a 3 flats in one house, they are listed as one property at BDC and separately at Airbnb.
