Although I can not help you, the fact is that BDC is purely guest oriented and supportive company and cares less about its partners.
Bookingcom is a company that encourages and advertises FREE CANCELLATION aggressively. That is why it is easy to get bookings but at the same time the number of cancellations. no shows or guest ignoring host messages are higher than any other platform. If you have a free cancellation policy you are a victim of the system 100%
Did you know Clairjennifer that in homestay listings Bookingcom does not allow profile information? !!!!
To my opinion in Homestay listings Profile information is more important to guests than in other listings.
