in my case, nothing. No help from booking.com at all. I tried to call their contact number in Seoul South Korea but after 6pm and during weekends there is no asnwer. Weekend is the busiest days and wasted weekends is a big loss for me. I wonder why bookign.com doesn't do something to resolve issues like this. Its a common issue and yet no respond from them.
I tried but I there is no contact phone or legimate email. I could only respond on the reservation begging the booker to cancel it. Nothing happend. days and weeks were wasted. Been loosing possible income because of these booking.com bookings.
Same here. I never had problems with expedia.com or hotels.com. Booking.com is now charging me over a $1,000 for those fake bookings.
I have nothing to pay booking.com. I told them to verify the fake bookings and they didn't. Why would I pay for those lost they have cost me.

booking.com accept reservations without creditcard or contact number. I had severance bookers like that from booking.com and even not possible for me to cancel the reservation.
I have tried to cancel but there was no way. and even booking.com is not reachable.
There is no key deposit int he policy. It sas in the agreement upon signing up but really there is non. I have tried and tried. even the bookers don't put any contact except an email which was no possibility to reach.
Me too. I had same experience. my property was bookoed for 7 days and no way to contact the booker. The booker didn't appear. And then another booker booked again for 2 weeks. I commented over and over again for booking.com to cancel the reservation but nothing had done. Then I put the rate so high hoping there is no booking from booking.com but it happened again. booking.com doesn;t at all help. Later I realized the invoice sent by booking.com charging for those non-appearance reservations.
I informed booking.com that those bookings didn't appear. and I was told it was my fault that I didn't clicked on non-appearance right after the end of the fake bookings.
I wonder if anyone have any solutions for these. Thanks
