Unfortunately we are located in a remote of a province of Palawan, Philippines. We are simply unable to reliably receive post here. If we're lucky a local some 100km away might know of us and find a way of getting in touch, but it is not likely. Is there no other way our property can be verified?
My hotel is in a location where it is impossible to receive post. How does it work this way? For example island resorts with no postal service? There is 0 information given by booking.com regarding this and I'm finding it impossible to even get an email address to ask them about it. Where is their customer support?! Or do they just host a forum whereby their own clients have to resolve things themselves?
