Festive Deal coming soon on the Promotions Centre

Appealing to global travellers looking for bargains in December, the Festive Deal can help partners keen to secure bookings during this period

Whether heading on a city break for some Christmas shopping, travelling to catch up with friends and family or just seeking out some winter sun, December is a popular month for global travellers. 

According to Eurostat, after peak season, December saw the highest percentage of trips made by European travellers in 2017, with domestic travel being particularly popular. The following year, December saw the fifth highest number of US citizens travelling overseas (again, after peak season) as reported by the US Department of Commerce, National Travel and Tourism Office.

To help you attract these guests, the Festive Deal will launch soon on the Extranet - helping you to secure bookings for this busy period and take advantage of increased visibility and marketing initiatives.

The deal will go live to Booking.com customers from 10 December until 31 December, offering them a minimum 20% discount (minimum 25% for properties in Asia) on stay dates throughout the same period, and partners can choose to apply this across both or either non-refundable and free cancellation rates.

Partners participating in the Festive Deal promotion will have the opportunity to be featured on the deals landing page, and will benefit from on-site advertising such as banners on the homepage and affiliate websites, email marketing and special tagging. 

The deal can be activated via the Promotions Centre on the Extranet and partners keen to participate should fill out availability for the relevant period now to ensure your property is visible on the applicable dates.
