Issues with uploading properties
We have been having the same issue for 2 months and it seems booking.com where we try to upload properties and it just says 'we could not process your request please try again later' or something along them lines. We have never had these issues in the past, I have tried alternatives where I try to upload the property via booking.com and not extranet, but to no prevail, it still doesn't work. I have tried different devices, different browsers, and still nothing.
This is becoming a serious issue for me as I have 4 outstanding properties I cannot upload and it is getting frustrating.
I speak to someone on the phone about these issues and they always say they will get back to me but no one ever does.
Please look into this and get back to me via messages here, email or my number ending in 287.
It is an urgent matter so this must be resolved quickly.
