My rooms online



something went wrong and my rooms are not available anymore 

it s like all my rooms are gone and I do not know how to put them online again

You can check the status of your rooms in the 'Rates and Availability' tab -> 'Calendar' in your extranet account. You can find useful information and guidance on how to open rooms for bookings in the following article.

I think you may find your having the same problem as a lot of us where they are closing us saying they have to verify our properties even though we have plenty of online presence yet some places that need to be shut down aren’t!
