You can send a message from Inbox in the extranet or tap More on the Pulse app. Please note that it might take a couple of days somebody to get back to you.

If it is an urgent request, you can also call Customer Service. To find a dedicated phone number to call, log in to the extranet, click on Inbox and then click on Booking.com messages.
