What makes a stay truly special? For some guests, it’s comfy beds and a pristine pool. For others, it’s stellar local suggestions and a concierge that remembers your name. The Traveller Review Awards are all about celebrating the things that make you special – whatever they may be.

There are infinite paths to success, but there are a few things that unite all Traveller Review Award winners: passion, dedication and a lot of hard work. Thank you to all our partners for another year of incredible hospitality!

What does it take to win a Traveller Review Award?

Now in its 12th year, the Traveller Review Awards recognise our most highly rated accommodation partners. Review scores are based on the average of all the verified guest reviews that your property receives on our website and app over a three-year period (between 1 December 2020 and 30 November 2023). To win, you must have three or more reviews and have an average guest review score of eight or higher.

Winners will be notified in January 2024, and we’ll be recognising more partners than ever. This notable growth reflects the high-quality hospitality of our partners worldwide.

If you win, you’ll receive an award kit filled with digital and printable assets to make it simple to share your achievement, thank your guests and shine the spotlight on your property. To download your assets, you’ll need to enter your property ID, which you can find in the extranet – just look for the multi-digit number beside your property’s name in the banner.
