Hola, van 3 veces que me reservan con nombres orientales por más de 6 noches, sin embargo, no contestan cuando les envío mensajes y no aparecen. Creo que son huéspedes falso. El problema es que me ocupan la habitación y ya no se puede reservar. Además, no he podido ver las tarjetas de crédito así que no puedo marcarla como inválida. Acabo de pedir la cancelación de un "huésped" de esos. ¿cómo puedo hacer para evitar esto o manejarlo mejor?

Fictional guests? Hello, they go 3 times that they reserve me with oriental names for more than 6 nights, however, they do not answer when I send them messages and they do not appear. I think they are fake guests. The problem is that I occupy the room and can no longer be reserved. Also, I couldn't see the credit cards so I can't mark it as invalid. I just asked for a "guest" cancellation of those. How can I avoid or handle it better?

If indeed that is true and I complete understand, open the reservation and click request cancel, then choose option1 and submit.


The best way to prevent this is turn on prepayment in policy menu and even better enable Payments by Booking.
