We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

African, Thai, French scammers

We have a new pastime!

So several Chad gentlemen, currently in France, whos address is oddly the same one in Bangkok, reserving our rooms for weeks at a time with credit card details that fail - oddly that too is the same card!

So tell me, why does BOOKING accept a reservation from a guest using a card which has been proven to not work 3 times in the previous 24 hours?

Our property is becoming un-bookable because of these.

You should contact BdC support directly, you will find the contact info under...Inbox, booking messages,  right side  click on contact us to reveal.
