Automatic replies

Hello,

 

Our log in has automatic replies set up and so anytime someone messages us we say we will reply within 48 hours and i am looking at turning this off. 

Could someone help with this?

It's not In the automatic reply section of the portal. We dont know how or why its sending it.

then contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.  They can look at your setup for you.
