beach motel Woolgoolga

Hey, i've just taken over managing the beach motel in woolgoolga NSW.

I can see that it's listed on your website but with a lot of old information and saying that you are no longer taking bookings. i was wanting to link this new account to the old listing and possibly manage it on this page.

Since this only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to BDC.

From what I have gathered above, :

 

  • You have only registered on Partner Community.  
  • The property was previously registered by another and you do not have their extranet logon details.  
  • There is a guide to "Change Ownership". but i suspect it will not apply and you will have to register the same property as a new owner from scratch with a different name. https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/help/legal-security/my-property-under-new-ownership-what-should-i-do  
  • You may be able to get the old one removed once you have the new listing registered, location verified and active by contacting BdC Support team directly.  
  • TIP: on the new listing set Fine Print - prefix,  "Under new management from May 2020".
  • The main reason to not reuse the old listing is due to what ratings and comments may be on there, That can be a blessing if the previous is not good etc.
