customer is asking for complimentary breakfast.
she said she has talked to customer care of booking.com and they have assured her with providing breakfast which is not possible from our side [The Era Hotel]. Need reply from your side ASAP.
Its entirely up to you not BdC, message her and clarify what the reservation includes, BdC cannot and will never tell a guest they can get breakfast, unless of course its because you forgot to mark it correctly on the listing, so go check it is not showing as an option. or ocntact Partner Support to check and update it for you.
