Bookings just allowed a booking of 2 nights on a room when the calender is closed. Who do I contact?
Our calendar is closed for bookings from March 2021. Last night I got a booking that someone has booked for 2 nights. We do not accept bookings of less than 3 nights. This is the second time this has happened and then we are left to sort it all out with the guest!

Is that really the case though, as in when you expand the rate palan they choose, for those dates doe the minimum stay length for all 2 dates actually have a value of 3 set?
I noticed you didnt screenshot and upload it here, so I have to ask to rule it out.
Before contacting BdC its important to see what the calendar really says under thosedates ,and restirctions.
Last thing you want to end up with is being on the phone and the BdCsupport advisor , is looking at the calendar and it clearly shows it was not setup correctly or how you thought it was.
You wouldnt be the first person to have made that mistake, we've all done it.
On the other hand if all is correct then yes its a rate glitch, and yes should be reported.

It has happened to me also sometime ago....I realized that I hadn’t saved properly my min. length of stay...
To avoid misunderstandings, I regularly check up my calendar...
