Cancellation of booking
We would like to cancel the booking from 1 August to 8 August 2021. We are new to Booking. com and misunderstood Booking.com advice to put the lowest price for all days. We did it and we assumed that we will be asked for confirmation of every booking. Our lowest price is £50 per night but in the low season only. In the high season, the price goes up to £120 per night.
Some lady booked a week holiday in the high season ( August 2012) but of the price for of the low season. We would like to cancel this reservation as it makes huge financial loss for us. We really can not afford it.
We are sorry but we just started our partnership with Booking.com and we are completely new to this kind of activity.
We understood the mistake and this is going to be one-off.
Please help us to cancel this booking.
