Cancellation of the booking
Good morning,
we have problem in our hotel. We have to many reservation on one day and we must cancellation of the booking. Unfortunately reasons for cancellation on booking are diffrent from those stated on the website. What I must to do and which reason I should choose?

You need to contact our Customer Service and request cancellation.
You can find phone number for local support here: Inbox - Booking.com Messages - See contact options - Account - Other - See more contact options. And there will be an icon with phone under which you will find the contact number.
