cancellation notification via email

Hello,

We recently changed our channel manager. Since then, we are not receiving email when a guest is cancelling his reservation. the booking is actually cancelled in my PMS but I want to have an email saying that this guest canceled.

Can you help me with that? Thanks a lot for your help.

You need to contact your Channel Manager support about that, because you receive emails about bookings directly from CM.
