Cancelled bookings

Hello all, I had to cancel a booking our end but I can't get through to our guest. I have requested the cancellation through our account, but how do I know when this has been done and guest notified?

So if you did not get the guest to iniitate the cancel on their account, and you used the Request Cancel on the details page, then used option 2...


Then you need to wait for the notification sent to the guest is actioned by the guest.

If you have no response or its time sensitive, then phone partner support immediately, see below.


Once the guest has followed the instructions in the notification , (click a link) the system will update and notify you, which may include a waive cancellation policy fee request.


You then ok that request and the system updates to cancelled ,and process of funds prepaid to BdC at time of booking (if using Payments by booking or Online Payments by Booking).



Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
