CAN'T CANCEL RESERVATIONS IN THE EXTRANET

Our clients demanded to cancel their non refundable reservations. We refunded them but we need to notify you which one do we want to cancel.

Youv are in the wrong place. Ither phone booking.com on their customer servise or try to click on the reservationyou want to cancel and whhen you're on the reservation page click on Request to cancel reservation.

Sounds like you directly refunded so to prevent commission invoice on said bookings use

 

Extranet, inbox, booking messages, contact us

 

Pick the relevant categories,  include booking reference and submit. 

 

Will take time for backlog and adjustments
