Can't find Sync Calendar in my Property! HELP!

I want to sync my calendar with other OTA's, but I only find the sync calendar option in one property, in other properties there is no such option under Rates and Availability. 

What can I do?

simple answer is you cannot and wont have the option if your room /type has a count greater than 1.

 

Workaround : split rooms to be individual rooms even if it means picking different names for them


 

Not all property types are eligible for this feature. 

To see if this option is available to you, go to the Rates & Availability’ or ‘Calendar’ tab in your extranet.

 

If your property is eligible for this feature, you’ll see the option to ‘Sync calendars’.

Bear in mind that reservations are not synced in real time.

This means that there’s a delay when reservations from external calendars are synced with Booking.com’s calendar, and vice versa.

Barry Reilly thank you for your answer. Now I understand, that the hotel that has the sync calendar option, it has only one room, while others have more than one. 

But if I split the rooms to be individual rooms within the same hotel, will affect anything? And is it recommended to do so?

You will not see sync options when the room in question has a count > 1.

 

So instead split and setup separate rooms with count of =1.

I have another hotel actually that has only one room, but in the opposite if the other one-room hotel that shows me sync option, this one doesn't show, it gives me the rates and availability, just like the hotels with more than one room. How is this possible please?
