Can't send Booking message after review?

I wanted to send thank you notes to my 2 clients after they left a review score. So, since it's a score only I can't reply to review... And now I can't write them thank you in the messages?

The review system is already so bad and now became even worse. Why would Booking will not notify us about the changes?

One way ticket to the moon...


You could use the message system on their original booking, obviously not public but at least you and they know you thanked them.


Yes, exactly... I can't use the message system on their original booking! At first I thought it's technical problem. On second attempt to another guest I realized that Booking probably created new rules without notifying us...
