I am not sure you can as we all have had to register with proper address.
To address this perceived issue , phone BdC Support Team
1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’. << this i
4) Select the topic.
5) Select the ’ subtopic, and complete the process by answering all questions.
Towards dialog bottom is option to reveal phone number.
