My listing was closed by Booking.com just over six weeks ago. I called and spoke with a supervisor who told me my listing is closed because it can not be verified. I told him Harbor Beach Resort does not allow the condo owners to receive mail. So, the letter with the verification code was sent back because we do not have mailboxes. The supervisor then told me we would have to verify my condo a different way. He said the office near my location would get in touch with me to do a face time or actually come out to the property. I have been calling and writing emails for just over four weeks now and still no one will respond to me. I was told they could not give me the contact information to the company which would contact me. I am at my wits end, I don not know what else I can do to have Booking.Com respond to me and have this situation resolved. I am loosing income on a daily basis and no one at Booking.Com cares.
PLEASE HELP ME get this resolved.
