Closed/Not bookable

Hi, I've been a host on booking.com for some time now but suddenly one of my listings is marked as closed/not bookable, despite our calendar being open and with a 100% property score.  Do you know any reason this would happen?

To check your setup Open Rates & Availability, Calendar - use List view.  Dates should be in Green if available.  If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set.  You can use a Bulk edit to update if needed.
