Good day,

I am not receiving an emails nor text message from Booking.com when someone books or enquires, this is resulting in double bookings. PLEASE HELP

Hi Ryan,

 

Notifications are never the cause of double bookings.

 

Using the iCAL sync on Booking/ BdC is the root cause and always is.

If you have as I suspect two or more OTA listings - BdC and AirBnb, then your only real solution is to use a Channel Manager

 

Logon to the Extranet and check your notification settings for email and SMS

 

 

Check both above are correct.

 

Install the pulse app on your smart phone too if you have not yet done so.
