Guest Communication Tip please

We have decided to offer suppers to guests in their rooms.

Is there an easy/quick way of messaging all guests (who haven't yet

cancelled!) via the Booking.com messaging or do we have to go into

each booking separately to do this.




No guarantee they have the app nor email access nor even a smart phone.

But make a message template,  other category,  then use it to message each one as a start.


Then print a leaflet, 2 or 3 per A4, cut up and place in rooms or at door
