Good morning Ailyn. I have paid my invoice but am worried because booking.com are still showing it as outstanding. I am also battling to speak to someone at Booking.com! I suggest you verify if there are any active offers on the promotions tab that may explain the amount charged per night.

Hi. I have a problem with a customer. They booked the appartment but I forgot to close the dates because the appartment was already booked in other website and now the customer doesn`t want to cancel the booking, Please help.
This is why you need a 3rd party channel manager service, to avoid this
Did you offer to change dates?
If they can't change dates offer to find alternative accommodation
Or ask Partner support to do so, either way if guest is being difficult and insists on same dates, likely you will get a relocation invoice

we couldnt get payout from booking. i already checked my bank account information and seems fine. where could i do mistake ? our booking and account name is diffirent, should be because of that ?

Hi Sherry!
Shouldn´t be the reason. If you did not change the bank details recently, please message through inbox to the Finance team to ask about your next payout date. If you did change it recently, then allow a few days (sometimes weeks, depends on the billing cycle) to receive the deposit.

we didnt changed recently. we changed before. finance department has already sent us mail abouy payout details but we couldnt recieve any payment. i already asked to my bank and there wasnt any income from booking. please can you check what about status of payout ? probably payout go back to booking account. while i want to check status of payouts sytem shown ; your payouts are blocked. (i shared ss of page)

Hi Sherry, if your payouts are blocked (note in red on top of the page), you need to contact the finance team gain to review why are they blocked, Credit Control/Finance is the only department that can check this with you.

Hi Sherry, you need to go to the inbox tab and select Booking Messages. On the left hand side, you will find an option where it says "see contact options", then you select finance or commissions and again "see all contact options" or "Still need help" (depends on the country and language) and will give you an option to send a message to the Finance team.

Our phone numbers are normally without a cost to you. But you might want to request a call on the Inbox message center an depending on what you need help with, you will be given the option to call a specific phone number or send a message.

You need to request this through the extranet on the inbox tab, select "Booking Messages" and on the left search for property details and other contact options where you can choose message and request to change your property type.
