how to confirm location

i just got a letter with my unique code, i need to know how to confirm the location and put that unique code.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Yanara,

Thank you for your message to us. Once logged into your extranet account click on the HOME Tab. In here, you can input the unique code you have received. If you have any issues of further questions kindly submit your question in the Inbox Tab in the Extranet > Click Booking.com Message > See contact options. A team member will be able to assist you with any further steps.
