I can not see my rooms

Dear sir/madam,

I would kindly ask you for help. Today I copy rates for my rooms, I am not sure what I  do wrong but I can not see my rooms any more. And also is not possible to make reservation for my rooms.

Would you beso kind and check what is reason? And would you be so kind and help me to re-solved problem.

If you go to the extranet and click 'rates and availability' do you see your rooms listed? if yes select a room and ensure that if you select a range of dates, the rooms are set to "open" and that you have a price and no restrictions. let us know how you get on.
