Hi Kevin ,

 

Not sure how you thought posting this here was somehow going to trigger relocation options.

 

You need to either :

1. relocate them your self. contact other providers nearby and provisionally book , then contact guest and advise and give time limit for them to decide so you can get back to the other provider to confirm or cancel the provisional booking for them.

 

2. contact partner support and let them do it and then likely will invoice you for it.

 


Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
