I want to cancel my bookings

Hi 

I am wanting to close my apartment that I rent in my house for the forseable future due to the Coronavirus.

I am over 70 with underlying health issues and the apartment is on the first floor of my house and I manage and clean it.

How can I cancel the bookings that I have? I have contacted BDC but they said they would get back to me but havn't. I have guests arriving next week.

Relocate the guest to another property. Phone around and let the guest know.

For cancelling the booking, please go on reservation detail of guest, then there you could do
