Issue with promotion option on Booking.com extranet

We currently have a special going on to extend our LOS.

It’s “Book 2 nights and get the 3rd at 60% off”

However, the way the promotion creator defaults on Booking.com does not give the me option to create such promotion.

I modified it to a min. 3 nights’ stay at 20% discount instead. But I want to add a max. # of nights limitation on it, and I cannot see anywhere such option.

If I cannot add a max. # of nights limitations, it affects my rate parity and give out more discount than we are willing to offer.

Where or how can I make this adjustment?

Thank you and kind regards,

Julia

Hi Julia,

Maybe its better you contact directly booking.com through your Extranet inbox tab or call your local booking.com office to support you in this matter so you set up right.

Wish you luck.

Hi Julia - Online Marketing Manager,

Thanks for your question.

My name is Colleen and I am an Account Executive here at Booking.com. I've been with the company for over 3 years and worked across a number of teams.

The promotion options and the way they are displayed on our site have been specifically designed based on global testing on booking behaviors and conversion.

Our promotions currently do not have the option to put a maximum length of stay restriction in place. You can however apply a maximum length of stay to a rate plan. Feel free to reach out to accommodation services team from the extranet inbox and someone will be able to assist you to set this up.

If you need us again, we're always here
