I have had a booking for 15th-19th May - This is just a holiday and not a front line guest or anything - had cancelled taking any bookings until My 9th - but I suspect that they will continue not to take bookings. I cannot find a phone no to talk to any one - it says there is one in my extranet inbox - but I cannot find that . Can anyone help !! Thanks

You might want to try posting your problem here in case the BDC forum admin can help or possibly other partners.

If you decide to speak to someone you will find your regional dedicated phone number found in your extranet Inbox’ tab (admin portal). Follow the voice prompts to get in touch with the right department. The uril is is

Could you, please, specify your question so I or other fellow partners can support you with the proper information from the Help Center or else? If you are sure that support is the only way, I would suggest that you should use your extranet as jaybeegee mentioned.
