We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

KYP Form - and where to find

I have just received an email asking me to urgently complete a KYP form.  I thought I had completed every little thing on the site, every box ticked.

I was asked to click on the property ID in th email but there was none included.

How do I find this form please?

 

Sorry if this is under the wrong topic heading but as usual, none of the headings are relevant to what I want to ask.

Ditto, then got another email with rather garbled link. I followed that and it said I had already completed the form. Come on, Booking.com, life's too short to waste our time looking for something which isn't there!!
