The Law in Thailand allows Landlords/Owners of properties to rent out only as from 30 days onwards

Hi, my name is Chris and I have 2 Condominiums at Hua Hin, Thailand. Can anyone advice me whether BC is still for me the correct platform, when looking for holidays makers for staying 30 days and more ?

I have no choice, because the low disallow short-term rental. Private Owners can only rent out their property as from 30 days onward i.e. long-term rental.

Anyone is on a similar situation or can advice me ?






If this law (restriction) is not implemented in the BDC system then why not?
But you could have problems with the thai law officials if your property would be under inspection - I guess.
