Mr

I have a reservation for two adults and two children aged 16 and 5.

My apartment is advertised on Booking.com for 4 people but a guest arrived and has also brought along a child under 5 years of age.

My policy is that children 4 and under stay free and I do not under child policy include children over and above 4 people.

What do I do in such a case, Do I charge the guest, for a person over and above the apartment limit of 4 people or just live with it.

My major problem is what if a guest books and brings along 4 adults and 6 children aged 4 and under.

Hi Mike!

I think you should make it clear in your listing what your policies are about children...

Under your Property tab in your Policies you can edit how many children are accepted for free and up to what age.

If you have problems in n setting up call your local BDC office and ask them to do it for you.

Hope this helps you.
