I have a 30 day non refundable policy set up on Booking.com and I note that some guest reservations are showing different to this.

I.e 7 days and 3 days how can this be ?

Is booking.com overiding our policy and which one is in force ?

If you are on payments by booking.com and free upgrade on some bookings to [RISK FREE],

Then that is likely why.

 

You still get paid either way.
