i have been with Booking.com for a good number of years. during that time i have often felt that the organisation is just too massive to deal with me and my challenges, often leaving me to pay for my learning curve mistakes. i m glad to find this Forum. this feels real.



I have the same experience, I had customers lying beeing there when they were not, and booking do not take the hotel serious, it was very frustrating fighting for not paying and then the tone they write was not pleasent, sometimes it is hard beeing the small one
