I've got a overbooking from 6th April and 13th April. I have tried to contact with one of my guests but he didn't reply me. If that is the case, I cannot receive his bank transfer payment as well.



I am new at booking.com, I registered yesterday. I thought I had synchronized the calendars between booking.com and airbnb. But now I have received a booking from 22.1.18 to 26.7.18. This is already booked with airbnb. Can you help me cancel this booking?

I have my property synchronised across a few platforms including Bookings.com. I have found on 2 occasions that though reserved dates on another platform is showing up on the Bookings site nevertheless Bookings.com permit the reserved date to be overridden or partly overridden by a customer reserving on Bookings.com site.
