We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

I'm trying to cancel one of my bookings but I have the confirmation number but I do not have the PIN. Is there a way you can help me get the PIN code.

 I really have no idea what you are referring to as we don't, or at least I don't see confirmation numbers or PINs for reservations, as all bookings everyone receives are already auto confirmed by Booking.com


There is no option to view and approve and then set a confirmation number.


That's actually sounds like you re using a PMS / Channel Manager system.
